Galleywood Common Soundscape

This was recorded just before 0500 BST on 16/05/2020. This is a small area of woodland in Essex, UK. The recording features birds, including song thrush, wren, woodpigeon and blackcap.

This is a noisy environment, in spite of the lockdown we have at the moment, as it is close to roads, houses and other developments. Because of this, the high pass filter was applied in Audacity and the recording was amplified a little.
