Recorded from about 0515 in the morning. This is in a suburban garden in Essex, UK. A blackbird can be heard through most of the recording. Other birds that can be heard are pheasant, robin, woodpigeon, wren, collared dove, peacock (not native but this bird is living wild in the area), carrion crow, black headed gull, starling, magpie and goldfinch.
The recording was made with a Sennheiser K6/ME66 microphone on a tripod attached to a Zoom H5. There has been some noise reduction and editing with Audacity. The editing was mainly to reduce the worst of the aircraft noise. There is still some aircraft and other human-related noise as well as some wind occasionally.
