the sound of my old printer (epson
stylus 600) when i switch it on. it is broken and it makes strange and
amazing sounds, trying to clean the printhead and making other unknown
operations...
the low reverberation is produced by the printer plastic box.

Don't recall if I shared this before, but seven years ago I began making a track based on this. I'm not a music producer by trade, so it's tough to take a snippet of an idea and flesh it out beyond a certain point. I never did finish the track, but I'm still happy with most of the in-progress version that I saved, which is still up on SoundCloud:
