A high-pitched melody broadcast on 14077. Some static also. No idea what it is. Picked up with the Twente University online radio reciever, on shortwave (http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/). Recorded on the website.
The 14077 project is a freesound quest by kwahmah_02 to crack a mysterious station on shortwave with encrypted content, based at 14077.23kHz. Its broadcasts are musical-sounding tones, it could be a 'numbers station' without voices but this question presently remains unanswered.

Ah that's an amateur radio extreme weak signal digital mode. It takes 50 seconds to send 13 characters, and 7 minutes to complete a short exchange.
