The mystery broadcasts of 14077 are on AM too! This is where I found it the first time. Heavy AM static then a distorted melody. No idea what it is. Picked up with the Twente University online radio reciever, on shortwave (http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/). Recorded on the website.
The 14077 project is a freesound quest by kwahmah_02 to crack a mysterious station on shortwave with encrypted content, based at 14077.23kHz. Its broadcasts are musical-sounding tones, it could be a 'numbers station' without voices but this question presently remains unanswered.
