Morning in August in the polder of the village of Lage-Zwaluwe in the Netherlands,

It is a little before eight in the morning in the village of Lage-Zwaluwe in the Netherlands. It is a former ribbon village by the polder and river. That's why you hear heavy engine noise from farm machinery and ships. Because it has just rained, you can still hear the water dripping in the rain drains.

The microphone stands behind a house on the edge of the village with the vast polder in front of it (see photo).
