On this hot Sunday morning, it seems that all of the Netherlands is cycling and boating. The bikes pass behind the microphones.
A friendly gentle breeze is blowing. Seagulls are resting on the river's breakwaters. Crickets are all over on the dike. A inland vessel stomps against the current heading east. As the ship passes, waves come again.
The waves of the ships are usually broken by the breakwater and the stone breakwaters that run 30 meters from the side in the longitudinal direction of the river. At high tide, as it is now, the waver hits the stone shore of the dike. The reeds are 30 meters from the mics.
