Fountain/pound in modern city area Paleiskwartier in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. In the distance peoples voices left and right.

The wind force is irregular. You can hear it by the splashing water in the fountain. On the left a young couple in love, English speaking. On the right a terrace with some human voices. In front construction workers. Sometimes some chattering people pass by. Low level traffic in the distance.
