Close (10 meters) recording of the carillon of the st Jan Cathedral in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.
The microphones are on the roof of the cathedral. The big, heavier and louder bells hang about 7 meters from the microphone and small bells about 13 meters. For that reason the balance in the sound recording not very well tuned. Thanks to Joost van Balkom, the carillonneur, for the hospitality in receiving me.
