Pedestrian area down town ‘s-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands in March.
Left diesel truck running idle. People on the street. Two young men of eighteen years old try to seduce people to take a subscription to a national newspaper (NRC). It is not very successful, but they remain remarkably friendly. Anyone who rejects a subscription will want a pleasant day. I almost feel sorry for them.
Of course, work needs to be done in the city center. You hear the electric saw of a construction worker in the street. And yes, there is the carillon (city bells) after 18 minutes.
