Ambient lazy summer lake recording.
Lithse Ham zomernacht
11 am at night. I'm on a stretch dam to lake "Lithse Ham". A cricket sings in the grass. Across the lake, at about 500 meters, is a campsite where adults and children laugh, call and talk. Only the beat of the music is audible.
In front of me at 50 meters there are Polish sport fishermen who hear but do not see me. Sometimes you hear them talking. Behind me and far across the road are local roads with little traffic. After 12 minutes, at eleven o'clock, the church bells sound from different villages. There is hardly any wind.

Date/time: August 14th Monday 2017, start 10.49 PM

Weather: 20c, cloudy sky, wind ENE 1-2bft, 1017 hPa. Mic pointed N

Location; Lake ‘Lithse Ham’, Maren-Kessel, Noord-Brabant, The Netherlands (Holland), Europe. Geotag 51.80907 5.40138

Gear chain: Sennheiser mkh30/50 MS, in Rycote cyclone small, windjammer > Sound Devices 302 >Tascam dr-100 Mk2. Decoded Mid-side to STEREO. (mix lmr +3+6+3 dB)
