It's 9.35 am on a Sunday 25 Minutes before the Holy Mass starts. I'm standing 20 meters from the “kathedraal van Sint Jan (Saint John's cathedral) in my city 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands. It's a nice warm day this autumn.

Description of sounds;
.00 Just some Jackdaws and traffic around. People talking far.
.00 The sacristans arrives on there bikes, puts it in the stand, walks in frond of the mic and goes inside.
.14 carillon playing for a minute.
.48 the bell of an other church calls the people in.
.30 the first small bell of the cathedral starts to call the people to the church. Ends moment 22.00
.11 the other large cathedral bells start to ring to. The make the sound of Christmas-bells, loud and clear.
.10 Bad luck, motorcycles pass during the ringing (once I will succeed). If used as background-sound it's not a big deal.
.15 large bells fade out.
.05 carillon plays for a moment, while small bell continues for a few minutes.
.55 organ inside cathedral playing. Listen careful the rest of the track;
.18 carillon again.
.03 the 10 o’clock bell rings while an alarm brings us back to reality.

Lovely sound hoping to use a wee part of it in a sound collage for some older people exploring colour in sound.
