Under water noise in a ditch in a farmland. Sounds like eating.

Real strange noise recorded in that didge. Sometimes you hear an eating-noise. I could see the mics and there were no larger animals visual. When you listen carefully in the beginning you just hear the eating sound in the right microphone and not in the left one. The mics were hanging in the underwater vegetation. That makes me to conclude that this noise was very close to the right microphone. I thing it must be an insect that is eating the plants.
After a while you hear the same noise at the left as well.
Sometimes some bubbles come out of the thin mud.
WHO KNOWS WHAT ANIMAL I HAVE RECORDED??? My wife did a search on the internet but could not find anything useful about sounds in fresh waters.
