Masasa Beach at night.
I made this recording at night, on a beautiful sand beach called Masasa beach, located in the south of Tingloy island, in Batangas province, Philippines.
One can hear waves and wavelets lapping the sand, and a cricket in the background.
Recorded in August 2025 with a Zoom H5studio (built-in XY microphones).
Fade in/out applied in Audacity.

You might hear it a bit more clearly at #0:33, #3:13, #3:26 and #3:44, but it’s still very difficult !

I don't hear the cricket (tone deaf).
But the rest of it is beautiful.
