Carillon in the cloister of the Men’s Abbey, in Caen (binaural, please use headset for 3D effects).
I made this recording in the cloister of l’Abbaye aux hommes (Men’s Abbey), located in the city of Caen (north-west of France).
At #0:21, one can hear the pleasant tune of the carillon, immediately followed by the bell ringing 11 o’clock. Then, at #2:34, the bell will ring again.
In the background, noises and voices from tourists visiting the place, flapping wings of pigeons and some other birds.
Recorded in July 2024 with an Olympus LS-P4 and Ohrwurm 3D binaural microphones.
Fade in/out and high pass filter at 60Hz -6dB/oct applied in Audacity.
(If you want to use this sound as a mono audio file, you may have to delete one channel to avoid phase issues).

I am sorry it went wrong. Must be hard to find the right way to do. It reminds me on learning a blind friend of me learning new routes from the office to the railway station. Me, the one that can see did have the most problems…😂 like now. I was not expliciete enough.
