Loud thunderclap (warning : wide dynamic range audio file).
I made this recording from my balcony, in a suburb of Paris (France), during a rainy evening.
One can hear shower rain, and a very loud thunder-strike at 0’12’’.
During the echo time, some magpies are screaming and flying around, probably afraid by the impressive noise and lightning.
Please note that the dynamic range of this file is quite wide, so you’ll probably have to
compress the audio if you’d like to use it in your project.
Recorded in June 2022 with an Olympus LS-100 (internal microphones).
Fade in/out applied in Audacity.
