12 o’clock at Montmartre, Paris, France (Binaural, please use headset for 3D effect).
This audio file has been recorded at midday, on the top of Butte Montmartre (Paris, France), standing in the area between Sacré-coeur and St-Pierre de Montmartre (St-Peter of Montmartre church).
One can hear tourists talking, chatting, and rambling around, some birds, and some vehicles passing buy slowly in the cobbled street. Then, at 0’18’’, a bell from Sacré-coeur can be heard 3 times. It’ll ring again at 0’42’’, while the bell of St-Pierre church starts to ring 12 o’clock. At 1’28’’, an other beautiful sounding bell from the Sacré-coeur rings, maybe for a mass, until 3’50’’. Finally, a street saxophone player starts a soft tune at 4’27’’. Very nice ambience in a very nice place, that I was lucky to record. ;-)
Recorded in March 2022 with an Olympus LS-P4 and Ohrwurm 3D binaural microphones.
Fade in/out and high pass filter at 60Hz -6dB/oct applied in Audacity.
