Thunderstorm in the mountains.
I made this recording from a window of a house located near Cruseilles, in the French Alps.
At the beginning, one can hear light rain, cow bells,, and thunder rolling. Then, rain and thunder increase as the rainstorm is approaching. From time to time, there are big thunder-strikes, and drops hit the microphone because of heavy gusts. Then, at the end of the file, thunder and rain slowly decrease.
Recorded in July 2021 with an Olympus LS-P4 and a Rode Stereo videomic X (SVMX).
Fade in/out applied in Audacity.
