Napoleon the third (1st file).
In the city of Rueil-Malmaison (near Paris, France), every 3 or 4 years, Napoleon the third, who was an important people in the French history, is celebrated. During one day, people wear period costumes, and one can watch marching bands playing some military music in the streets.
Here, you can hear one of them passing by. In the background, people watching and chatting, and applauses.
Recorded in September 2017 with an Olympus LS-3 (internal microphones, TRESMIC system on).
Fade in/out and high pass filter at 160Hz -6dB/oct applied in audacity.
