Cicadas in the south of France during summer.
I made this recording in the south of France during summer, near a small road, not so far from Nîmes city. In my surrounding, there were lots of pine trees, with many noisy cicadas. This sound is typical from this region of France. In the file you can also here distant voices of local people talking in front of a house, and some vehicles passing by in the small road.
Recorded in July 2015, whith an Olympus LS-100 (internal microphones).
Fade in/out applied in Audacity.
