soda can

Me tapping random rhythms on the side of a 7-up can held by it's tab at a 70-degree angle under the mic with the opening facing the mic. It has just a few drops left in it. The soda sloshes around verrying the tone with each strike. Recorded with cheap 12-year-old Radio Shack mic.

I don't think the folks at the canning plant from Keurig Dr Pepper or PepsiCo were particularly interested in the can's desires as to whether it wanted to be a 7up can, or something else, but I don't think anyone would notice if you used the sound as a stand-in for someone playing with a can that once had contained coke, Budweiser, or even a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster. Well, noone except maybe the Ctarl-Ctarl from the Ctarl-Ctarl Empire, they have the keenest hearing in the galaxy you know.
