A woodpecker nest in the trunk of a tree.The peep-peep sound of several young chicks inside is constant and loud,only changing when the male arrives with some food,the female is also around and they both can be heard crying warnings,very aware of me and the Rode blimp.NT4-BMA2-R09HR...   The nest is about 5 meters above the ground and i'm about 7 meters from the base of the tree,i tried to get the mic onto the "sweet-spot" line,a narrow band because of the small aperture of the nest.Thanks for your comments Benboncan.
