For starters, this is a glockenspiel not a xylophone.
I have analysed your frequencies and have found that this is actually D6 not D4.
I was unable to use this clean sample for my work at college due to the amount of inaccuracy alone in the file. I would also say that I believe that you have applied an equalizer and also removed any noise under 30db to make it sound cleaner.
This would be an absolutely amazing sample on the keyboard, but for use in frequency analysis and subtractive synthesis I would say that it is not as useful.
