I am an independent animator. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Media Arts & Animation and 18 college honors. I do my best to keep my skill current at being both a 2D Generalist and a 3D Generalist. It's really a lot to keep up with, though. When I graduated college, I knew enough to pursue a 3D Generalist position, but none were available in my area, and I didn't get a response from the companies out of town with positions that I applied to. Since then, I've been forced to turn to other industries to make a living, which leaves me even less time to keep my artistic skills current.
