A sound cue I designed in FL Studio using Omnisphere 2 and 3rd-party VSTs. Best used during a suspenseful/dramatic moment in a movie or video game.
Created by processing a sample of an older man with reverbs, delays, and granular synthesis to sustain the sound and fill out the stereo field.
The result of processing a vocoded vocal sample with reverbs and delays to fill the stereo field and sustain the sound.
I recorded several different guitar riffs played on an eastern, egyptian music scale and then multi-tracked the recordings. Polished the rendered audio a bit with reverbs as well.
