I created a tone in frequency 30 HZ and an amplitude of 0.6 in sinusoid. I then used the phaser effect in which I set the following parameters: phase 2, original 37 (d), frequency in 37 Hz, depth in 53 H, a return in -80 and an output grain at -23,0 (db). This allowed me to create a sound reminiscent of a ringing bell or an alarm.
