This sound is a mix between two sounds, there are a sinuosïdal sound and a sound of a white noise.
I changed the sound with phaser effect and the frequency and rythm effect.
Then, I did cut some pieces of the sound in order to make at the middle on the sinusoïdal sound an effect looking like a morse code.
