A recording of various light switches and variations of each. In total, there are 20 sounds which were originally edited into individual sound files but then concatenated into a single sound file for this upload. There is a short silence between each so they can be re-edited into individual sounds if required.
The switches were all quite old - some were rocker switches, some were rotary switches - so produce a little more sound character of springs and levers than slicker modern switches might.
Recorded into a Sony PCM A10 using a pair of Primo EM258s. These capsules capture ultrasonic frequencies well so the recording was made at 96kHz to preserve some of this.
