Magic whoosh that sounds like some sword swing or skill use, i don't know. Made by layering highly processed recordings of real objects and fully synthesized whoosh sound you can hear at the background.

The sound effect contains layers made entirely by me and i did NOT sample/took sample(s) from any libraries.

That's it, you can use it however you'd like, even for like, uhmm, cow noises... But credit me so i can check how this whooshy-splashy sound is being used.
