thanks, man. I split this into two pieces and inserted them lightly into the far background of a recording. I had initially spoken in front of a small audience, which reacted with small sounds and coughs etc. but alas the recording came out no good to give to folks to re-play over shortwave radio (very small audience, hobby level in the Americas, I don't get paid) so I'm hoping it's not dishonest to recreate the original atmosphere by reading the monologue again and adding even less laughter etc. than I had. Roaring belly-rolls, different story. Thanks again.
