A windmill in the desert of Arizona is screaming while the wind is coming. Those windmills are used to pump water, in order to give water to cattle or wild animals for hunting. The screaming is produced naturally by the central mast on a piece of wood (part of the windmill).
Recorded during a scouting for an upcoming sound art project in Arizona (to be done in 2022).
Many thanks to Barry, Mimi and Jay for their help.

Every once in a while a recording like this is captured (Thanks to fantastic artists like you) and acts as a tsunami of inspiration for anyone lucky enough to stumble upon it and get washed away.
