En algunos pueblos venezolanos en vez de usar la tambora, utilizan este tambor, el cual tiene forma de barril. El cuero es fijado con prensas de metal. De uso en las parrandas venezolanas.Este sonido lo grabamos como parte de una entrevista que le realizamos a Rafael Rondón, director del grupo "El Valle". Se realizó una grabación simple con un celular Sony y luego se editó con Audacity, se ecualizó y normalizó.
