Binaural recording of Pine forest ambiance, with birds singing (and fluttering near the mics!), wind on trees, and buzzing insects. Between 1 min and 1:30 an airplane overheads. Recorded with a pair of Soundman OKM mics (covered with a DIY wind screen) placed at each side of a tree trunk, plugged into an iRiver H120 recorder, rig then left unattended. The 16-bit original was high-pass filtered and most hiss from mics removed. Great stereo image and presence, my favourite forest sample ever
