Spring pine forest ambiance recorded around 10am near Hinojos, S Spain. Nightingale, Serin and Chaffinch among other birds, soft wind on trees and some insects flying. The bird in this sample does not perform spectacularly (maybe because the weather was relatively cold all through May, with temperatures 10C lower than usual) and as a result it mixes nicely with the songs of the other bird species (as a rule Nightingales beat other species only too well, which I dislike). Sennheiser MKH30+MKH60 into Shure FP24 and Edirol R09 recorder. Originally recorded at 24 bit, downsampled and mixed to mid-side stereo with Voxengo VST MS plugin.
