Walk through the old historical bookshop "Livraria lello e Irmão" in Porto, first downstairs, then upstairs. People browsing books, some talking, taking pictures (tourists, speaking in different languages). Streetnoise (birds, cars) at the beginning and in the end of the recording. You hear some clacking of woman’s heels on the wooden floor in the beginning, later there is some creaking of the old wood from my own steps. The shop has some rails with a small waggon going from the entrance to the back, at 1’17 you hear a loud creaking when I tried to move this waggon full of books. The input level was a bit low, so I normalized the recording and put some light hiss reduction.Recorded with Roland Edirol R-09 digital recorder and Edirol CS-15 cardioid-type stereo microphone.
