The Eastern Whipbird is to me the 'signature sound' of the tropical rainforest of northern Queensland, although it can be found down the whole East coast of Australia. Recording chain: Sound Professionals SP-TFB-2 Binaural Microphones (in ear) > Edirol R-09 (mic in, level 10) > 16 bit 44.1 kHz wav.
