Binaural recording of a cannon salute from about 100 meters away. The cannon is next to the military truck in the photo. If you listen carefully you can hear the sound bouncing off the log walls at the fort ("bzzzzewww"). After the first shot I brought down the gain to minimize the mic overload. It is pretty hard to set your gain level for a cannon... :-)
I was expecting 21 shots but for some reason they only did six.
