Unprocessed wildtrack audio recorded with a Tascam DR-22WL with a Rycote softie on the ground in a woodland on the New Forest in early spring. Leaves were just starting to come out on the trees and this was recorded at 8PM in the evening, as the light was starting to fade. The surrounding vegetation was mostly large willow trees, growing up around a small stream, but the hills either side of this valley were heath/moorland. A distant cuckoo (one of the first of the year) can just be heard in some of the recording. There is some noise from the wind through the trees above, but no wind noise due to the softie protecting the stereo mics.

You are free to use this as you like. If you process to remove noise then re-upload, please credit and link to this account, otherwise no credit is required.
