A pad sound created using an Akai S2000 sampler and effects in Ableton. Base sample is a saw wave from Korg Electribe MX layered with the sustain from an electric guitar. Both recordings were noisy. A fast MIDI arpeggiator was sent to the S2000 and the audio routed into Ableton. Audio was routed through multiple stereo delays and long reverbs. Chord shape and octave changes create a range of timbres.
