Think it's not a trouble. For Linux users just use command:lame -m s -b 320 bell1_2.wavIt will convert file to bell1_2.mp3.Here is -b is bitrate you need and "-m s" mode as stereo or you want. Just read manual using command: "man lame".
For Windows users there are many programs.
Also you can use any on-line converting service.
i mean i cant convert it :S
i wanted to convert to mp3 so i can use it as a notification sound on my cell :( but wont let me :S
