Avantouinti, uinti avannossa / Winter swimming, a few steps on the ice, quick swim in open water, hole in the ice, run away, a man huffing

Well, in this recording it's not me swimming, but I've done that. It's not as bad as you might think. Usually the weather is much colder than the water. There are even swimming competitions held in a big hole in the ice. Winter swimming is considered very healthy, just try it.
