Dark/mysterious/melancholy Ambiance, recorded with an XY mic to get the fullest amount of sound within the recording. Originally recorded traffic but later adjusted in Reaper with FX properties like EQ and Fir to get a mysterious feeling. Little sounds of cars remains within the recording, but the underlining sound (between sounds) were boosted.
