Mix of two freesound.org's files.
1. 25 msec of "synth-kick-1.wav" by Veiler
2. the file "118752__novasoundtechnology__west-coast-style-tempo-90.wav" bent -6 semitones after 30 msec from the beginning. The file is shortened, loudened and faded out on WaveLab.
• Louden with MutiComp's "soft clip" on, but not extremely because you'll damage/ruin the file.
• Draw exactly the loudness envelope you want on WaveLab > Process > Level envelope or V.
This file is sibilant/hissy/noisy.
The alternative version "vas deferens 2.wav" is less sibilant/more dull, but with unaffected the first 32 msec (cut the highs after 32 msec, if it clicks fix it using the regional waveform from the original file - you can do that on a mixdown).
