this is a stereo attack of a snare
it does not sound good as a snare
it is only a secondary snare line that gives you a better snare tint - color
you might use it as a secondary snare, but it sounds VERY unwarm
you might need some bass line and delay on tempo

if you have a very old mixdown=mix =musical piece you mixed
and it is not warm enough, to that for me
----
use WaveLab,
then make Muliband eq, lower all hies and mid hies to zero,
also all bass basses to zero,
let only the mid bass and - bass hies.
well the multiband has 3 main regions of frequency band, thats why I use that terms.
make that mid bass-bass mid not hard edge band selection,
make also two softer smaller boxes to smooth out the effect,
DO ALL THAT IN A NEW FILE WITH THE SAME SAMPLE RATE AND CHANNEL NUMBER - CTRL+A AFTER CTRL+V MEANS PASTE - DO NOT HARM YOUR ORIGINAL SOUND
also use two Wavelab denoisers and choose selections that cancel all hies,
the result sounds ugly and silly - but it is NOT the
final step,
then do pitch correction - Normal, -12 octave down
an octave = -12 semitones down,
then for the result, just lower the bass bass,
let alone the mid-bass and bass-mid,
and lower the hies, but not in absolute zero like the preparing stage!
no - open a mixdown file, and add that warm -12 octave file,
add echo to the -12 octave file,
you must not be able to notice you used an octave down
so YOU MUST PUT THE WARM OCTAVE VERY LOW!!!!
watch not to overlimit, or to overlimit a little bit,
and before you export - render the result - add a COMPRESSOR
not a multiband - a classic one
DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTON -
it has 3 selections, one to compress, one that selects
how hard we compress, and one to make gain, make up gain
DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTON - JUST USE THE DEFAULT
WE USE THAT JUST TO AVOID TINY OVERLIMITING
please before you select that effect - you must allow
ONLY tiny overlimitting, otherwise the sound does NOT sound pro at all
-------------
now you have a Warmer mixdown
-------
do the same - IN THE FINAL MIXDOWN not in the extra cold one
if the sound still is cold!
-----
do not do it over 2 times
------
all the parallel octave channels must not be noticable,
you must put them very low, and control their bass
and hies, so it sounds more like a bass
than an effect
-----
please be wise, read and do not press random buttons,
make gentle moves,
if you use weird effects, cut the extreme sounds - add some reverb for warmth and be gentle !!!

have fun!!!
