Short loops of contrabass bowing. They are not always perfect, but I think they are usefull in whatever situation even though there's some editing needed. I made these the way I would like to use them myself, so I spend more time on quantity than quality so I can do the editing in a sampler (I use Jeskola Buzz), because I know I will not use some of them ever...
I used a gold diaphragm condenser mic from Stagg: MCD 7W
and Alesis IO2 Express mixer.
It is a recording that I made after 7-8 years of not playing the bass.
I sliced at zero-crossings, so I think there will not be any clicks.
Effects applied are only normalisation and I made some clipping less audible.
And then convert to 16 bit.
