Female voice version: http://freesound.org/people/Trebblofang/sounds/222625/
Construction:
Six minutes long recording from software voice synthesizer using male English voice
was processed with VST effects chain producing shortwave sound and atmosphere
(static noises, fading sounds, distortions, etc).
This is how male voice version was produced.
For female voice the same recording was additionally processed with KeroVee (g200k) VST plugin
(inserted before part of VST chain producing shortwave effects), which changed voice gender.
For child voice, WackoFilter (Tobybear) was added to chain after KeroVee.
"Lyrics" was generated randomly, using http://random.org webpage - I added repetitions
of four-digits segments for better resemblance to original numbers stations.
