Laughing Kookaburra (birdcall) speeded up 5% and increasingly compressed. A request ... http://www.freesound.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5498 , (Now I get the howler monkey reference).

This is a 32-bit WAV file (see "Bitdepth" in the grey box on RHS).
Some software will not play 32-bit depth WAV, or will play a loud distorted version.
If you convert it into 16-bit it should be universally playable.

    yep, that's why I call them "monkey pigeons". Buggers used to wake me up 5am every morning. OOO OO AA AA, indeed.
