A collection of pig squeals, ranging in intensity and pitch, was recorded to capture the full range of porcine vocalizations. Recorded in mono using a ZOOM H6 recorder equipped with a Rode NTG5 rifle microphone mounted on a Rode boom pole. Post-production included compression (Reacomp) to eliminate clipping and the removal any extraneous noise. This collection is ideal for adding realistic pig squeal sounds to various audio-visual projects or agricultural scenes.
Recorded at a pig farm near Kgetleng.
