Room 107 at a hotel on Hagley Road, Birmingham.
I can't prove where this is on this website but I can when I put this on YouTube.
The three hotel staff I spoke to all denied ever hearing it before. I was given another room but the facilities and service were bad. The staff are trained to deny the customer proper benefits.
The sound in these would happen around one hour intervals but not always, and were about a minute long and changed with the failing of the plant that made it. It kept me furious until the next one. During the day quieter but constant ventilation sound would stop anyone working there.
