First upload. Recorded with Zoom H4N. It's flax seed in an empty plastic spice container. It's a 16th note rhythm amd it loops perfectly at 130 bpm. It has some fairly subtle panning effects. Eight quarter notes long, but also works really well every 4 quarters, every three etc. i.e. when doubled and even tripled on itself in a sequencer.
